Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 181.12, and/or violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be deemed guilty of a first-degree misdemeanor and fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned not more that six (6) months, or both, for each offense.
