The Village Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to create a handicap parking space in front of the Fraternal Order of Eagles located at 149 East Market Street, Cadiz, Ohio 43907. The Village Administrator shall take all actions necessary to accomplish said parking space, including but not limited to, purchasing signage, placing the appropriate paint upon the curbing, and any and all other actions or items necessary to provide a handicap parking space as stated above.
