The following chapters or sections are hereby not adopted by this chapter or amended as follows:
(a) The following chapters of the International Property Maintenance Code are not adopted by this chapter:
Chapter 5: Pluming Facilities and Fixture Requirements; Chapter 6: Mechanical and Electrical Requirements; Chapter 7: Fire Safety Requirements.
(b) The following sections/subsections of the International Property Maintenance Code are hereby amended as follows:
Section 103: Planning and Zoning Division
103.1 General: The Division of Planning and Zoning shall be responsible for administering of this code section. Assistance may be sought from the Police Division with the consent of the Mayor.
103.2 Appointment: The Property Maintenance Inspector shall be appointed by the chief appointing authority.
103.3 Deputies: Delete
103.5 Fees: Delete
105.2 through 105.4: Delete
107.3 Method of Service.
(1) Delivered personally, or posting on property, documented by a photograph of said notice.
108.1.2 Unsafe Equipment: Delete
111.1 Application for appeal. Insert in line 3: “board of zoning appeals” instead “board of appeals”.
