Except where indicated below regarding chapters not adopted, deleted sections and/or subsections and/or sections and/or subsections amended to fit the current administrative and enforcement capabilities of the Village of Cadiz, the 2013 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, a copy of which is attached to Ordinance 2014-54 and made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the Village of Cadiz, in the State of Ohio for regulating and governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings, and structures, structures; and the condemnation of buildings and structures unfit for human occupancy and use, demolition of such existing structures, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Property Maintenance Code.
