1317.08 ENFORCEMENT.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful to construct, reconstruct, locate, enlarge, change, remodel, maintain, or use any primary residential structure in violation of any regulations or any provision of these ordinances or amendments thereto, except as otherwise provided. Any person, firm or corporation violating this chapter or any regulation, provision or amendment thereto shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each and every day during which such illegal erection, construction, reconstruction, enlargement, remodeling, change, maintenance or use continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (b)   If any structure is proposed to be located, erected, constructed, reconstructed, enlarged, remodeled, changed, maintained or used or proposed to be used in violation of this chapter or any amendment thereto, the Council, the Village Solicitor, the Inspector, or any adjacent or neighboring property owner shall have such remedies as provided by law and may institute injunction, mandamus, abatement, or such other appropriate action, actions or proceedings to prevent, enjoin, abate, or remove such unlawful location, erection, construction, reconstruction, enlargement, change, maintenance or use.
