Any owner, person or parties in interest who violate any of the provisions of this chapter or permit any such violation or fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or by imprisonment for not more than thirty days. Such owner, person or party of interest shall be deemed to be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of this chapter is committed, continued, or permitted beyond the date set for compliance.
