1313.13 EMERGENCY ORDER.
   Whenever the Housing Inspector finds that an emergency exists which requires immediate action to protect the health and safety of the residents or of the public, he may issue a written order reciting the existence of the emergency and specifying what immediate action shall be taken that is necessary to meet the emergency. Copies of such written order shall be mailed to all parties in interest. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, such order shall take effect immediately. Any person to whom such order is directed shall comply therewith immediately. Upon petition to the Housing Appeals Board, petitioner shall be afforded a hearing before said Board as heretofore prescribed.
