(a) The Building Inspector or his authorized representative may inspect the demolition or razing site prior to issuance of a demolition permit as hereinbefore provided and during and after any demolition or razing.
(b) In the event that the Building Inspector determines that there is probable cause to believe that the person, firm, corporation or other entity conducting any demolition or razing project within the Village of Cadiz is failing or has failed to comply with any provision of this chapter, the Building Inspector shall issue to any such person, firm, corporation, or other entity a stop order prohibiting the continuing demolition or razing of the structure until such person, firm, corporation or other entity submits to the Building Inspector satisfactory evidence of compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
