1151.16 LOT CONSOLIDATION.
   (a)   Whoever consolidates lots into a single parcel acres shall submit such subdivision to the Zoning Administrator for review by the Planning Commission. Submission of the following data and drawings will be required for review:
      (1)   An application for development with payment of the appropriate fee
      (2)   Certificate of Ownership with signed and dated endorsement stating: "I (we) hereby certify that as the owner of the property described hereon, which property is within the jurisdiction of the Village of Cadiz, I (we) freely adopt this plan of subdivision."
      (3)   Two (2) copies of a Boundary Survey of the parcel or parcels sought to be consolidated by a licensed surveyor.
      (4)   A utility and utility easement plan which addresses any unusual conditions or capacity requirements that would affect utilities or require utility easements outside the public right-of-way.
      (5)   Zoning designation of the existing parcels.
   (b)   The Commission will consider required minimum lot sizes, lot width requirements, and similar applicable requirements found in this ordinance. Within seven (7) days of the following Planning Commission meeting the application shall be approved or disapproved.
