(a) Numbering and Spacing. There shall be no more than one entrance and exit per establishment on any individual public streets and the distance between the entrance and exit centerline, if separate, shall not be less than one hundred (100) feet in any instance.
(b) Width. No entrance or exit shall have a width greater than fifty (50) feet.
(c) Location. The centerline of any such entrance or exit shall not intersect any street line less than seventy (70) feet from the intersection of any two street lines.
