1117.05 ACCESSORY STRUCTURES.
   (a)   Minimum Yard Regulations.
      (1)   Unattached accessory structures in all districts. Accessory structures which are not attached to a principal structure may be erected in accordance with the following requirements:
         A.   An accessory building not exceeding twelve (12) feet in height may occupy not more than twenty percent (20%) of a required rear yard.
         B.   No accessory structure shall be located within ten (10) feet of side or rear lot lines.
         C.   No accessory structure shall be located closer to the street than the front yard setback required for a principal structure in the district in which such accessory structure may be located.
         D.   For corner lots the setback from the side street shall be the same for accessory buildings as for principal buildings.
      (2)   Attached accessory structures in all districts. When an accessory structure is attached to the principal building, it shall comply with all respects with the yard requirements of this Zoning Ordinance applicable to the principal structure. (Ord. 97-27. Passed 6-19-97.)
