(a) Freestanding Signs. Freestanding on-premises signs shall be a maximum of fifteen (15) feet in height, having a maximum of fifty (50) square feet per display area (sign face) and located not closer than ten (10) feet to any street right-of-way line and not closer than thirty (30) feet to any adjoining lot line and may be erected to serve a group of five or more business establishments and/or commercial tenants. There shall be only one freestanding sign for multi-tenant buildings.
(b) Wall Signs. Wall signs are permitted, however, they are not to exceed an are equivalent to one and one-half (1 1/2) square feet per lineal foot of the building or business frontage. (Ord. 2014-50. Passed 12-18-14.)
