1115.06 SIGNS PERMITTED IN ALL DISTRICTS AND NOT REQUIRING A PERMIT.

(a) Signs advertising the sale, lease, rental of the premises upon which the sign is located, shall not exceed thirty-two (32) square feet in area, except in residential districts where the area of the sign shall not be more than eight (8) square feet.

(b) Professional name plates shall not exceed two (2) square feet in area.
