The Police Chief, or in his absence, the Captain of the Police Department, is hereby authorized to provide police protection to any county, municipal corporation, or township of the State of Ohio without a contract subject to review by the Mayor, or, in his absence, any person who may be authorized to do so in accordance with Ohio R.C. 737.041.
