(a) Upon the receipt of any false alarm in excess of one for any thirty day period, the Police Department may charge to the owner of the building from which said alarm originated, a service fee for twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per false alarm call.
(b) All such service charges shall be paid directly to the General Fund of the Village.
