139.02 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS.

(a) There shall be no specific residency requirement pertaining to the location of the residence of any person applying for the position of Village police officer.

(b) The residency of any applicant shall be considered as one factor in evaluating any applicant’s suitability for the position of Village police officer.
