Effective January 1, 1993, the following fees shall take effect:
(a) $350.00: Tap-in fee for 4-inch sewer line.
(b) $400.00: Tap-in fee for 6-inch sewer line.
(c) $200.00 plus cost of tap-in and materials: Tap-in fee for 6-inch tap or larger.
(d) Sewer only fee: $16.89.
