2-5-7: UNDERAGE PERSONS:
   A.   Sales To Prohibited: No person who holds a permit from the state and a license from the town, or any agent, servant, or employee of such licensee, shall sell and dispense or give "low point beer" as defined herein to any person under the age of twenty one (21) years. This provision shall not apply to a parent as regards his own child or children. (1999 Code § 3-408; amd. 2004 Code)
   B.   Employment: No person shall employ a person under the age of eighteen (18) years or permit such person under the age of eighteen (18) years to work, in any capacity whatsoever, in a place where "low point beer", as defined herein, is sold for consumption on the premises. This provision shall not apply to any business or establishment where such sales do not exceed twenty five percent (25%) of the gross sales of such business or establishment.
