A. There is hereby levied on each retail dealer in low point beer within the town, an annual license fee of ten dollars ($10.00) if he sells the beverages in the original package and not for consumption on the premises; and an annual license fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) if he sells the beverages for consumption on or off the premises. Such license fee shall be paid in advance. (1999 Code § 3-403; amd. 2004 Code)
B. Any state permittee carrying on his business in more than one location in the corporate limits of the town shall be subject to the license fee for each location. (1999 Code § 3-402)
