2-3-1: PURPOSE:
This chapter is enacted as an exercise of the police power of the town to preserve and protect the welfare, health, peace, temperance and safety of the people of the town and to aid the enforcement of the policy of the state as established by the Oklahoma alcoholic beverage control act 1 .
