8-2-4: STANDARDS FOR ACCESSORY BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND USES:
Permitted Accessory Structures and Uses. Accessory structures and uses, including swimming pools, which are customarily associated with, and incidental and subordinate to a principal use, shall be permitted, subject to applicable town ordinances and the regulations of this chapter.
