7-5-7: NEW SEWERS:
   A.   Construction Requirements: All new sewer lines will be constructed in accordance with state department of environmental quality construction and plumbing codes. (1999 Code § 6-325)
   B.   Tap Fee: The cost to install a sewer tap is four hundred dollars ($400.00) minimum.
