For the purpose of providing funds for the maintenance of the sanitary sewer system of the town, and for other purposes, there is hereby fixed and established a schedule of charges, reflected on the November 1, 2022, utility statement, for the use of the sanitary sewer systems to be levied against and collected from each respective user thereof within the town per month, as follows:
