7-4-3: DISCHARGE OF SURFACE WATERS PROHIBITED:
No person, firm or corporation shall divert or cause to be diverted or emptied into the sanitary sewer system, or any part thereof, of the town, any rainwater or surface water of any kind. (1999 Code § 6-208)
