Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. In addition to the penalty provided herein, each day that a street, alley, or other public roadway remains without being properly repaired and restored shall constitute a separate offense. (2004 Code)
