7-1-2: TREES AND SHRUBS:
   A.   Trimming Required:
      1.   The owner of any premises of any street of the town shall trim all trees, shrubbery or other vegetation growing on the premises adjacent to the sidewalks or any street or alley, in such manner that the branches or limbs shall not obstruct travel along the streets, sidewalks and alleys. Such trees, shrubbery or other vegetation shall be trimmed so that the lowest branches or foliage shall not be lower than ten feet (10') above the roadway of a street or alley, nor lower than eight feet (8') above the sidewalk. Vegetation shall be trimmed and maintained in such a manner as not to obstruct or interfere with the free passage of water flow through man made or natural drainages.
      2.   Any owner or occupant who shall fail, refuse or neglect to trim trees, shrubbery or other vegetation as provided in subsection A1 of this section, after receiving thirty (30) days' notice from the Superintendent in charge of streets, property owner shall be found in violation of the town ordinance pertaining to this section.
