The provisions of the state motor vehicle code, 47 Oklahoma Statutes, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, and are enforceable by the town within the town limits as fully as if set out at length herein. A copy of the state motor vehicle code is on file in the office of the town clerk- treasurer for public use and inspection.
