5-6-1: PERMIT REQUIRED:
All persons conducting a garage sale within the town limits must obtain a garage sale permit from the town. The permit can be purchased for a fee of five dollars ($5.00) at town hall, and will cover three (3) days. Additional days will require an additional permit.
