Operation of snowmobiles is prohibited:
(A) In any city park or recreation area;
(B) On a public sidewalk provided for pedestrian travel;
(C) On a public trail provided for pedestrian or bicycle travel;
(D) On school property, except with permission from a proper authority;
(E) On private property of another without permission of the owner or person in control of the property; and
(F) Within 100 feet of any pedestrian, fisherman, skating rink, sliding or ski area where the operation would conflict with the use or endanger other persons.
