§ 72.02 COMMERCIAL AND USER PARKING AND DELIVERY.
   (A)   Parking and delivery is prohibited on grassy areas and shall be limited to hard-surfaced areas only. Vehicles illegally parked are subject to tow at the owner's expense.
   (B)   No firm or corporation owning, driving or in charge of any bus, motor truck, truck, tractor or commercial vehicle to cause or permit the same to be parked or stand longer than 12 hours continuously on, in front of or beside any property in any commercial district. For the purpose of this section, a bus is a vehicle designed for carrying passengers and having a seating capacity of more than nine persons and a motortruck, truck; tractor or commercial vehicle is a vehicle having either a capacity of more than one ton or a weight of more than 5,000 pounds, or both.
   (C)   The presence of a vehicle in or upon any public street, alley or highway in the municipality stopped, standing or parked in violation of this section shall be prima facie evidence that the person in whose name such vehicle is registered as owner committed or authorized the commission of such violation.
