(A) These subdivision regulations shall apply to all subdivisions of land, as defined herein, located within the corporate limits of Byron.
(B) For the purposes of this chapter, a subdivision of land is the division of a tract of land into two or more parcels by platting, replatting, conveyance, registered land survey, or other means.
(C) No land shall be subdivided within the corporate limits of the city unless it has received approval from the Zoning Administrator or City Council and it has been recorded with the county.
(D) For any parcel or plat of land that was created by subdivision after the effective date of this chapter, no building permit shall be issued if the project is not in conformity with the provisions of these subdivision regulations.
(E) No excavation of land or construction of any public or private improvement shall take place or be commenced except in conformity with the regulations.
