§ 50.06 USER RATE SCHEDULE.
   (A)   Operating, maintenance and replacement charges for the operation of the water service will be set by a City Council fee resolution.
   (B)   The consumer will be invoiced for all gallons that are pumped through the water meter with no cap for water.
