§ 150.39 DEMOLITION PERMIT FEES.

All demolition permit fees shall be set by the City Council annual fee resolution. There are two fees collected for a demolition permit in the city. The fees are for:

(A) Building permit; and

(B) Zoning permit.

(C) Per Minn. Rules part 1300.0160 subp. 3 Fees: Permit valuation shall include total value of all construction work, including materials and labor, for which the permit is being issued.
