§ 150.38 MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   All mechanical and plumbing permit fees shall be set by the City Council annual fee resolution. The fees are:
      (1)   Permit; and
      (2)   Minnesota state surcharge.
   (B)   Per Minn. Rules part 1300.0160 subp 3 Fees: Permit valuation shall include total value of all construction work, including materials and labor, for which the permit is being issued.
