§ 33.20 CITY PERSONNEL PROCEDURES.
   Personnel procedures of the city applicable to regular employees shall not apply to volunteer civil defense workers but shall apply to paid employees of the civil defense agency. No volunteer civil defense worker shall acquire any status or rights under any civil service or merit system of employment in force in the city.
