§ 32.02 CITY HALL DESIGNATED AS SMOKE FREE.
   (A)   In accordance with M.S. §§ 144.411 through 144.417, as amended from time to time, no person shall smoke in City Hall at public meetings or at any such time as the office is open to the public. Appropriate signs will be posted.
   (B)   Any person who violates this section is guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
