§ 76.04 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as an assumption of liability by the city for any injuries to persons or property which may result from the operation of a motorized golf cart or ATV by a permit holder, granting of such permit, or the failure by the city to revoke said permit.
