(a) The installation of culverts along or across streets or alleys within the corporation is hereby prohibited unless written approval is given by the Street Committee of Council.
(b) No culverts shall be installed of a diameter of less than ten inches or such greater diameter as shall be determined by the Street Committee based on the volume of water to be handled. (Ord. 81-5. Passed 5-13-81.)
