905.01 DRAINAGE CONSTRUCTION; PERMIT.

(a) No person shall construct drainage facilities along a street or alley of the Village without the written consent of the Street Commissioner, or the Mayor if the Street Commissioner is not available.

(b) The drainage facilities shall be constructed in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the Fiscal Officer.
