Upon certification by the Building Inspector and/or the Police Department to the Village Solicitor that a person is engaged in a pattern of practice of violations of any provision of this chapter, the Village Solicitor, or his assistant, shall be authorized to seek on behalf of the Village both temporary and permanent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
