791.07 COMPLAINTS.

Complaints shall be filed in the name of the Village of Byesville or its designee on behalf of the Village. The complaint shall be filed and prosecuted by the Village Solicitor or his assistant. (Ord. 99-15. Passed 10-21-99.)
