781.16 PASSENGER CARRIAGE LIMITED TO TAXICABS AND BUSSES.

The carrying of passengers as a business for compensation by any vehicle other than a taxicab, duly licensed under and operating in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, or by motorbuses, operating under proper authority, is hereby prohibited.
