In the event of any final judgment against the owner of any taxicab for damages on account of bodily injuries, or death and/or for damage to property, other than injuries, death or property damage of the owner or owner's employees, resulting from such ownership, maintenance or use of the taxicab in the Village, and the nonpayment thereof for a period of thirty days thereafter, the Fiscal Officer shall forthwith revoke all licenses of all taxicabs of the owner in the manner provided in the preceding section.
