781.06 REVOCATION FOR NONUSE.

Whenever any person holding a license for a taxicab fails, for a period of sixty consecutive days, to make a reasonable and consistent effort to operate any such licensed taxicab, the Fiscal Officer shall revoke the license for such taxicab.
