Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Each day during which a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. In addition, the solicitation permit of any person or group violating this Section may be revoked at any time for behavior deemed inappropriate including, but not limited to, fraud, misrepresentation, inappropriate sales activities, intoxication, or other similar violation.
