(a) Solicitations by civic and/or non-profit organizations shall be conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
(b) All other peddlers and solicitors shall be permitted to conduct activities within the Village during week days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(c) All persons conducting solicitations upon municipal streets, state routes or other roads located within the corporate limits of the Village shall wear a safety vest of either reflective or non-reflective material. The vest will be supplied by the group or individual conducting the solicitation. All persons soliciting donations must wear identification identifying the person or organization when soliciting.
