Any person who maintains or operates any mechanical musical device in any public place without first having obtained a license for it shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Any person or licensee who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or any rules of the Village Fiscal Officer established and adopted hereunder, may have his license revoked and in addition thereto be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
