751.10 APPEALS; BOARD OF CONTROL.

Any person who has been refused a license, or licensee whose license has been revoked, may appeal in writing to the Board of Control of the Village within ten days after the date of mailing of the notice of denial or revocation. The Board of Control may consider such appeal in whatever manner it may believe proper.

The Board of Control shall be composed of the Mayor, and the Fiscal Officer.
