The license of any person who violates any of the terms of this chapter or any of the rules and regulations established by the Village Fiscal Officer shall be revoked by the Fiscal Officer. The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to deny an application for license for any reasonable cause. The Fiscal Officer shall notify such licensee of any hearing involving the denial or revocation of such license. The notification shall be sent by registered mail to the last address of the licensee on file with the Fiscal Officer. (Ord. 479. Passed 12-19-46.)
