751.08 POWERS OF VILLAGE FISCAL OFFICER.

The Village Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized and empowered to establish, adopt and enforce or cause to be enforced such rules and regulations governing the issuance of licenses required in this chapter as he may believe reasonable and necessary and not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
